House Policies & Fees At Linkable Rentals, we care deeply about providing a comfortable, high-quality stay while maintaining our property for future guests. To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please review our policies below before booking. 👥 Extra Guests Our listings are priced for the number of guests included in your reservation. Each additional guest beyond the base occupancy will incur a $85 per person per night charge. 🐾 Pet Fee (No Pet Allowed) We love furry friends, but we do not allow pets at our property. Guests who invite other guests cannot bring pets to the property. A $130 per stay pet fee applies for additional cleaning and maintenance. ⏰ Late Checkout Fee Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unapproved late departures may result in a $75 late checkout fee to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the space for the next guest. If a late checkout was approved by the host, and the guest remains in the property beyond the agreed time, a fee equal to one full night’s rate will be charged. 🚭 No Smoking Policy We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will result in a $1000 fine plus deep-cleaning fee to remove odors and residues. There is also no smoking and entering the building as the smell will linger (ex. Marijuana). Guest will be immediately escorted off the premises. 🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee If the apartment is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning, an excessive cleaning fee (up to $2000) may apply. 🎉 No Parties or Events To maintain a peaceful environment for our residents and neighbors, parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Guests will be asked to immediately leave the property or be escorted out by Atlanta Police Officers. Please avoid moving the furniture unless absolutely needed. If you have any questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact your host — we’re happy to help! We’ve created these policies to ensure that every guest enjoys the same clean, comfortable, and luxurious experience. Your cooperation helps us keep Linkable Rentals a trusted name in Buckhead for relaxation, convenience, and style.
