Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, as well as additional charges for damages, cleaning, or other violations. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior approval only. Unauthorised late departures may result in an additional fees. Visitors or overnight guests not listed in the reservation are strictly prohibited.

This apartment is located in a residential building with permanent residents, and we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise is not permitted. Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed under any circumstances. Any disturbance reported by neighbours or building management will classed as breaking the house rules.

Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or nicotine products is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or within the building. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found it will be classed as breaking the house rules. The use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs is absolutely forbidden. Any involvement in suspected illegal activity such as prostitution, or behaviour that violates the law may result in eviction, a report to the local authorities and will be classed as breaking the rules

Guests are expected to keep the apartment tidy and treat it with respect. Please clean up after yourself, wash any used dishes, dispose of trash properly, and leave used towels together in one place before checkout. Excessive mess or negligence that requires additional cleaning beyond normal standards will result in an additional cleaning charge. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged through Airbnb’s Resolution centre.

For reservations, a refundable security deposit of up to £300 will be pre-authorised before check-in, in line with Airbnb’s policies and our property management system. This is only used to cover damage, missing items, or serious rule violations.

Please do not move, remove, or alter any furniture, artwork, or appliances. The apartment and its furnishings are to remain as they are. Unauthorized rearrangement or removal of items will be classed as breaking the rules

For the safety of all guests, the property may be equipped with external security cameras at entry points. These cameras are for monitoring the exterior only and do not record inside the apartment. Tampering with, covering, or disabling cameras or smoke detectors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and be classed as breaking the rules. Guests are expected to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property to ensure security.

Any damage to the property, missing items, or violation of house rules will result in charges based on the cost of repair, replacement, or cleaning guest are liable to pay up to one thousand and five hundred pounds . 

The host reserves the right to deny check-in or terminate a stay without refund if any of these rules are breached. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
