The space
From the outside courtyard, steps lead down to the private front door and into a cosy lounge, where you can relax on the chesterfield sofa in-front of the striking Victorian fireplace and watch the smart LED TV or listen to music.

At the far end is the modern kitchen, with shaker style cabinets and copper worktops, complete with kitchen utensils, including an integrated oven & microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and welcome pack.

The spacious breakfast bar, with brass feature lights, is perfect for dining or as a workspace.

Leading off the kitchen-diner is a bright characterful bedroom, with comfortable Kingsize bed, unique wall murals, dressing table and large bay window with night and day blinds and occasional chair and table. Plus, a walk-in wardrobe and drawers.

The bathroom is next door with vanity unit, roll top bath and separate walk-in shower. Quality toiletries are provided to enjoy.

There is also a handy storage room available.

The enclosed sunny courtyard is also available to enjoy, with pot plants and chairs. Please note this outside space is shared with Carlton House guests.

There are no stairs within the apartment, however there are 3 steps leading down to the entrance

The courtyard is available for guests use and is shared with the property upstairs

The Kingsize bed can be split into 2 singles on request.
