The Granville, 2 Bed Victorian Apartment + Parking

Located in the heart of the stunning spa town of Harrogate, The Granville is a traditional three-storey, Victorian townhouse apartment with plenty of style. Situated on a quiet side road, it is a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants & bars, the Convention centre and beautiful Valley Gardens park. It offers flexible accommodation for up to four guests, in comfortable King size beds (one can be a Twin). It also comes with a free on-street parking permit. Cot/high chair available on request.

The space
The Granville provides a fantastic base for couple retreats, family getaways and business delegates. With high ceilings and a colourful style, this quirky holiday home has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The perfect spot for relaxing nights in, you can watch your favourite shows on the smart flat screen TV, ask Alexa to play you some tunes or browse the bookshelf for an interesting read.

Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need, including a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with starter pack of coffee pods. The dining area features a quirky transparent table and matching chairs.

The Granville has two bedrooms on the third floor, with King size beds. The second bedroom can be split into twin beds if this is more suitable for your stay. Also on this floor is a shower room with a WC and basin. A second shower room with a basin is located on the second floor along with a separate WC. Luxurious shower toiletries and hairdryers are provided for guests' use.

3-4 min walk - Harrogate Convention Centre & Harrogate Royal Hall, Bus & Train Stations, McDonald’s, Costa

5-6 min walk - Betty’s Tea Room, Piccolinos and The Ivy, Turkish Baths, Pump Room Museum, Everyman Cinema, Valley Gardens

There’s something for everyone when it comes to shopping. Whether you’re looking for antiques, arts and crafts, high-end fashion or jewellery – you’ll find plenty of unique stores and boutiques to discover. Step outside of the centre and you’ll find the Yorkshire Dales on your doorstep. Leeds, York, Knaresborough, Ripon are all accessible by bus and train.
