Dartford station (Southeastern — direct to London Bridge and Charing Cross) is a 15-minute walk. The M25 junction is minutes from the front door, giving quick access to the Dartford Crossing, A2 and M25. Well placed for workers travelling to sites across Kent, Essex and Southeast London.

Working on a project in the area? This property is convenient for contractors at Tilbury Docks, the Thameside Energy Recovery Facility (TERF), and other sites across Kent and Southeast London. Note: TERF is on the north side of the Thames — a short crossing via the Dartford Bridge puts you there quickly.
