Working on a project in the area? This property is convenient for contractors at Tilbury Docks, the Thameside Energy Recovery Facility (TERF), and other sites across Kent and Southeast London. Note: TERF is on the north side of the Thames — a short crossing via the Dartford Bridge puts you there quickly. We also have a 5-bedroom property next door at 75 Colney Road with the same spec — ideal for larger teams needing two houses side by side.
