This home is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible — whether you’re here for a short break, long-term work assignment, or an insurance stay whilst your home is uninhabitable.

Guest access
You will have full use of the entire house to treat as your home during your stay with us. We provide all cooking utensils and some basic condiments to help you to settle in quickly - especially for those first few days. There is a Co-op less than 2 mins walk away and a Waitrose and Lidl close by for you to stock up as needed.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs and the bathroom is downstairs so if need be 2 guests can remain on one level without the need to climb upstairs.

Other things to note
Colchester is one of England's oldest towns and boasts many historic, cultural and fun attractions.

Leisure world, Colchester country park and Colchester Zoo are just a short drive away as well as the main shopping area with both well-known high street and designer shops as well as many hidden gems to explore and plenty of bars and restaurants.

Please feel free to ask for suggestions of places to visit during your stay.

🔹We offer a hassle free, key box access so late check-in is no problem. We just ask that you are mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

🔹We may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out - please enquire when booking.

🔹We do not allow smoking inside our property - guests are welcome to smoke in the garden using the ashtrays provided.

🔹 Parties and pets are not permitted
