Roman style bathroom with both bath and shower for relaxing after a long day. Toiletries provided.
Highchair and travel cot can be provided for families with young children - please request when booking.

Colchester is one of England's oldest towns and boasts many historic and fun attractions.
Castle Park is just a 5 min walk away with the castle museum, crazy golf. boating lake, play area and beautiful gardens.
Equally close is the main shopping area, with high street and designer shops and many hidden gems to explore and plenty of bars and restaurants.
There are many art galleries, museums and historical sites to visit.
For families - leisure world, Colchester zoo and the Colchester climbing project are just a few things on offer.
Colchester is full of things to do for all ages and interests.

- NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS -please do not allow more guests than what has been confirmed in your booking. If additional guests are required this must be agreed beforehand and if necessary an additional fee will be charged. Additional guests staying without permission will result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
- REPORT ANY DAMAGE - please let us know if something gets damaged during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for damages which will be discussed with you.
- MISSING ITEMS - please do not remove anything from the property. Everything we provide is solely for your use and comfort whilst you are staying with us. We reserve the right to charge for any items found to be missing after you leave.
