Some important points to note: High-speed free Wi-Fi is available for all guests at no extra charge. Guests can check in any time after 3 pm on the day of arrival and check out any time before 11 am on the day of departure. If the late check-in and check-out are approved by Places Collective at the time of booking, the cost is 15 GBP per hour.
We provide a travel cot for toddlers in addition to the advertised number of guests that can stay in the flat. Please note that we only accept bookings from guests over 18 years of age at the time of booking. Bookings made by guests under the age of 18 or without a valid photo ID will be cancelled without a refund.
Please be aware that pricing may vary depending on factors such as the day of the week, number of nights, number of guests, and season. Standard house rules apply, including being respectful of the property and neighbours, maintaining tidiness, and keeping noise levels low outside of social hours. Parties are not allowed, and there should be no noise between 11 pm and 8 am.
Please note that this is a residential area, and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours very seriously. Our neighbours are sensitive to noise, so if you are planning a party or a loud evening, we kindly ask you to consider other accommodation options. Only the persons included in the booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.
