Perfectly positioned steps from the iconic Clock Tower, The Lanes and Churchill Square, you're at the centre of everything Brighton has to offer — yet the moment you step inside, the city fades away.

The apartment opens into a sweeping open-plan living and dining space. Herringbone parquet floors run throughout, designer sputnik pendant lights cast a warm glow overhead, and a full six-seat glass dining table — dressed with wine glasses and placemats — is ready for a proper group dinner or a lazy seafood spread.

The plush corduroy sectional sofa (which converts to a sofa bed for a sixth guest) faces a large-screen Netflix-ready smart TV, with leather bean bags and a glass coffee table rounding out the scene.

The kitchen is a showstopper: deep navy shaker cabinetry, sage stone worktops, full marble-effect tiled splashback and matte black fixtures. Fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need for a serious cook-in — or simply a coffee before you hit the seafront.

Both bedrooms are styled with quiet, considered luxury. The king room features a sculptural boucle headboard with built-in USB and USB-C charging at both sides. The double is equally beautiful — warm linens, soft textures, calm lighting.

The bathroom is spa-worthy: floor-to-ceiling sand-tone stone tiles, a walk-in rainfall shower with handheld attachment, floating vanity, oval mirror and premium touches throughout.
