By booking this property, you have agreed to abide by these rules.

Arrival and Departure

The property is available from 15:00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival. The property must be evacuated by 11 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the host.

No Smoking / Vaping

Guests are not permitted to smoke or vape in the property. 

No Drugs

Possession and use of any drugs in the property is strictly forbidden. Any guests in breach of this rule will be removed from the property with immediate effect.

No Parties or Events

Guests are not permitted to host any parties or events inside our property. 

No Pets

Guests are not permitted to have pets or permit the access of any pets within the property. 

Damages

We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

Noise

All noise during your stay will be kept to a minimum as this is a property next to other residents.

Assignment Prohibited

Guests are not to assign, underlet, charge, part with or share possession or occupation of the Property or any part of it.

Number of Guests

Guests agree to adhere to the number of guests confirmed at the time of their booking and should this need to be changed agree to contact the host to make arrangements.

Rubbish

All rubbish and refuse of any kind is to be placed in the bin area provided. Due to pest control, under no circumstances are any rubbish bags or refuse allowed outside the property.

Guest Responsibility for Linen

Guests are responsible for the reasonable care of all linens provided during their stay, including but not limited to bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and blankets. Linens must not be used for purposes other than their intended use (e.g., removing makeup, cleaning shoes or surfaces, etc.). Any linens that are lost, excessively soiled, stained beyond reasonable wear, or damaged due to misuse may incur an additional cleaning or replacement fee, which be charged to the guest. We kindly ask that guests treat all linens with care and respect during their stay.
