If you’ve ever looked at your end-of-month payout from Airbnb or Booking.com and wondered where all your hard-earned margin went, I know exactly how you feel.

I was a host as well. When I was scaling my own £25M portfolio, the hardest part wasn't just managing the properties, it was watching the giant OTAs take an ever-increasing cut of every stay. The margins in this business are already thin. Handing over huge chunks of profit to massive corporate middleman platforms just to keep beds filled never sat right with me.

Independent operators build the experience, do the heavy lifting, and take all the risk. We shouldn't be squeezed by companies that don't care about the host community.

That’s why I created ZeeLink.

I wanted to build a true host-to-host network where hosts support each other. Instead of paying exorbitant fees to big tech, ZeeLink enables trusted operators to refer overflow guests to one another, with a fair commission payment paid to the referring operator. It keeps the revenue where it belongs: inside our own community. By using ZeeLink, every reservation remains a direct booking. You retain all guest data, contact info, and future marketing rights.
